If Paying by posted Cheque - allow an additional 3-5 days for the payment to clear.
Shipping
Your shipment will be sent via NZ Post or Fastway Couriershttp://www.fastway.co.nz/6HomepageGeneric.html . Delivery will be sent immediately (within normal shop hours) upon receipt of payment. Expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. Refund & Return Policy
Mk1 will only accept returns for the following reasons:
- Items damaged or faulty prior to delivery
- Incorrectly supplied items
- Product that vary from our website’s description.
Contact shop@mk1.co.nz to apply for a return authorisation. We will advise instructions on how to return the item and issue a Return Authority number.
Returns without an Authority number WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Refunds
Whenever possible, we will repair or replace any damaged or faulty goods – otherwise a full refund will be issued of the purchased price.
